Short version: we collect what you type into the order form and the free-sample box, we use it to do the job you asked for, and we delete it afterwards.

What the order form collects

Your name and email, your country, the person the life story is about, how it should be told, the occasion, their answers or a recording link and anything optional you add. The answers are about a third person; by sending them you confirm you have their consent. Your country (from your connection) and the time you sent it are stored with it. Your order code is shown to you on the page.

What the free-sample box collects

Your email address only. We send the sample and up to five short follow-up emails from lifestory@mail.tab.bot. Every one has a line to stop them; reply “stop” and we stop.

What we do with it

We build the life story you ordered from it. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything else, and we never publish or submit anything on your behalf. Payment is handled by the card checkout; we never see your card number.

How long we keep it

Order material is deleted 90 days after delivery. Free-sample emails are deleted when you say stop, or after the five emails if you never buy.

Your rights

Email lifestory@mail.tab.bot to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within 2 days.
